Our Mission

Real Take Home was created to help people understand their actual take-home pay and make informed financial decisions. We believe everyone should know exactly how much money they'll actually receive after taxes and deductions before accepting a job offer or making a career move.

Why We Built This

Too many people accept job offers based solely on the gross salary without considering the impact of federal taxes, state taxes, FICA, and other deductions. A $120,000 salary in California is very different from a $120,000 salary in Texas or Florida.

We wanted to create a simple, accurate tool that shows you the real numbers so you can compare offers, plan your budget, and negotiate with confidence.
